This is my favorite gluten-free cookbook. The author only uses one main baking mix and one main bread mix (unlike many other books). Everything I've tried tastes fantastic, and the ingredients are easily found and now staples in my kitchen. I've given family members (who are suspicious of gluten-free goods) both the chocolate chip cookies and the oatmeal cookies, and they didn't know the cookies were gluten-free until I told them.
