Sandra Cusack and Wendy Thompson have written a very useful book about aging. They have shattered the myths surrounding this topic and talked about aging in the 21st Century.The authors have provided seven steps to healthy aging and by following these steps one can maintain an active and flexible mind. The mind exercises at the introductions to each topic are intriguing.
