C'mon, now! Surely this demented, little "Dizzy Daddy" story was (in reality) supposed to be regarded as a black comedy - 'Cause I honestly can't imagine anyone (in their right mind) taking this truly laughable "prophecy" nonsense at face value. I can't. And, speaking about the likes of serious mental illness - Is Take Shelter's story actually telling me that I'm now supposed to accept the apocalyptic-based nightmares of a delusional one with a straight face? And, with that - I should now start building my very own underground shelter (like - Pronto!) in preparation for the day?.... Ha! Spare me! Initially, I had sat down to watch "Take Shelter" with some very low expectations. And, even in that state of mind, this $5 million fiasco-film went well-beyond being grossly disappointing on all counts.
