I'm loving this book. It is a good, interesting read even without the recipes! The quality of the printing, photography & binding are all top of the line, as opposed to so many that have errors & horrible production quality in general. I like Chef Bloomfield's sensibilities & humor. This is definitely another to add to my list for my personal cookbook library. She needs to do another book!
