Add a CommentAbsolutely wonderful book. The emphasis on fresh fruits and vegetables makes this a great companion read for the home gardener or farmer's market enthusiast. The reliance on fresh, local ingredients is a delightful change from the canned bean, tofu, and seitan-heavy vegan/vegetarian cookbooks already in print. The organic farm setting for this book really made the recipes ring true. Nearly all the recipes are simple and very easy to accomplish. Highly recommended for anyone interested in cooking easy, delicious meals focused on fresh, healthy fruits and vegetables. I'm still searching in vain for a copy I can purchase for my home collection.
