As Darren faces the final showdown with his archenemy, Steve Leopard, he seeks a way to trick destiny and avoid the requirement that one of them die and the other become Lord of the Shadows, fated to destroy the world.
I cant believe I read all 12 books...but I am glad I did complete the series. Book 12 was awesome how everything played out. the ending very unexpected. a good series
Awesome series! Love it, although I think the ending is kinda...... unexpected

This is my favorite book and this last one is probably one of my favorite. Everything came together and i couldn't believe Darren, Steve and Mr. Tiny were related!

Great Series, but the second half of this book felt like it was just there to fill space. The author tried too hard to hint at the "story within a story" thing towards the end, which got old. If the series had ended with the fight and skipped right back to Darren's second chance, the series would have had a greater ending.

If you are looking for a book full of vampires who are playing fair and being nice while rainbows, unicorns, sunlight, and flowers flit through the background, you've come to the WRONG PLACE!! If you are the weak of heart or are scared easily, turn around, Cirque Du Freak is not the book for you at all!
Now if you want a book full of death, blood, betrayal, heartache, action, and of course vampires! Then this is teh right choise for you! Enjoy!
BEST BOOK EVER! I love all of it except the part where he dies at the end. Well, at least he'll be happy there with Mr. Crepsley. Ohhhh, I'm REALLY mad at Mr. Tiny. Darren is the good guy, and Mr. Tiny trys to make him the BAD guy.
