I decided to check the reviews to make up my mind if I wanted to read this book. I won't - based on your reviews. And yes, "passion4reading" - well said, jealousy does not belong in a happy life. So many people keep saying how jealous they are about all sorts of things from someone's vacation to someone's appearance.
Since when it became a social norm?

A light, fluffy and entertaining read. Her unconventional career story is interesting and inspiring. Also look for the style essentials section for ideas on building your own wardrobe. You can certainly skim through the rest. I do agree with the previous comments on this book.

Quite disappointing. Although the author is a mature woman, it was like reading a book on life from an 18 year old. Ended up pretty much skipping the last half. Also she remarked about being jealous as if it was a happy and normal emotion. Jealousy does not belong in a happy life.
