Better than I expected. The supporting cast provides a lot of laughs.
I liked this more than I thought I would. It's not a great movie and I doubt I will ever watch it again, but it was a nice story about a man reinventing himself by taking classes at a community college. I think it's a good message that there are resources like community colleges out there that people don't often think about.
I shouldn't have watched this.
I'm a big fan for Tom Hanks and Julia Roberts, but my honest feeling for this movie is a true disaster with big disappointment. Actually, I got so irritated while watching this film.
I'm now even doubting Tom Hanks and Julia Roberts as great actors, to my sadness.
Do not waste your time watching this movie! You might get even mad with the plot of the film and those actors. It's a total fiasco!
I couldn't get past the first 30 minutes of lifeless drivel. I hope nobody tells me this movie gets great, later in the story than I could force myself to watch.
What a fantasy land piece of crap. I couldn't believe hardly any of the situations put forward by this film. A fifty year old guy who loves his job at walmart. A hot young coed that just happens to want to be his best buddy. Pretty much just and eye rolling fest. Put your suspension of disbelief on ludicrous speed.
Not a bad movie...but somewhat slow....
A good romantic good. I enjoyed it
A very funny and enjoyable movie. Tom Hanks (co-star, co-writer and director of the movie) and Julia Roberts (far more versatile than generally acknowledged) work beautifully with each other and are at the top of their comic gifts.
No development of plot and moments of saying..."are you kidding me?"
For the most part a clean movie, yet the images portrayed regarding pornography are shown which were disappointing.
